All of our machines come with a full parts and labor warranty.* However, should you require service after the standard warranty period, we offer parts and repair services for any machine purchased from us. We can also usually repair machines not purchased from us. So if you are unable to receive parts or service from the business from which your machine was purchased, you can contact us to see if we can assist you.     We also offer free online technical support - plus unlimited free telephone support - to our customers. So for those of you comfortable enough to work on your own machine, just give us a call, and we will be happy to guide you through the troubleshooting process. Our TECHNICAL SUPPORT page also contains all kinds of useful information such as service manuals, instructions for setting up machine options, as well as instructions for clearing common error codes (written in layman's terms for those who are not so technically inclined).

    Or, if you prefer, you can bring the machine to us, or we can come to your home (if within a 50 mile radius from us) for repairs. If you have the ability to bring your machine to us, our on-site service rate is $45 per hour, with a 1-hour minimum charge. Otherwise, our in-home service rate is $75 for the first hour, and $45 per hour thereafter. Replacement parts are an additional charge, and most repairs can be completed within an hour.
