Most of our machines come with a full 1-year parts and labor warranty. This includes free unlimited telephone and online support. If you are looking for a little more piece of mind, you can purchase an extended 2-year warranty for just $100. This should still be lower than the full cost of the same machine offered by a competitor!

    We only deal with the most reliable machines in the industry. The fact that these machines have been retired from the casino floor does not mean that they have reached the end of their lives. These machines were designed to provide millions and millions of trouble-free operation cycles.

    Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear items such as light bulbs or batteries. The warranty also does not cover any issues relating to misuse, abuse, or neglect. Services rendered under the warranty are at our location. In-home warranty service is available at an additional cost. Since these machines contain sensitive electronics, the warranty will be voided if the unit is not plugged into a quality surge protector and into a grounded outlet.

    If something should happen outside of the warranty period, we stock and/or can order most parts. In-home and on-site service is also available. Please see our SERVICE page for additional details.

    Occasionally we will offer discounted 'special' purchase deals that allow you to take part in the restoration process. These machines will not have been cleaned, and may have some minor cosmetic issues such as areas of de-lamination of the Formica on the back or sides. However, we will ensure that the machines are fully functional prior to sale. These machines will also be sold "as is" and are not covered by our standard warranty, yet they offer a great value nonetheless for those who are not opposed to applying a little elbow grease.
